Chairman Larry Haws called the meeting to order at 5:35 PM. Trustee Radcliffe made a motion to
adopt the agenda. Trustee Haws provided the second. Motion carried 5 ayes, 0 nays.
DISCUSSION
a. Corporate Sponsorship proposal for Ravsten Stadium Video Scoreboard
Superintendent Boland stated there is a draft corporate sponsorship agreement between
Idaho Falls School District 91 and Idaho Central Credit Union to sponsor a video scoreboard at
Ravsten Stadium in exchange for exclusive naming rights and video presence on the video
scoreboard. Superintendent Boland stated the district is currently seeking approval from the
City of Idaho Falls Board of Adjustment for approval to use the video scoreboard within the
city. Kevin Klingler, Director of Operations provided information addressing the power source
for the video scoreboard. Justin Hurley, Network Administrator addressed the network data
and sound system connections for the video scoreboard. Discussions were held.
ACTION ITEM
a. Approve/Deny Corporate Sponsorship for Ravsten Stadium Video Scoreboard
Trustee Haacke made a motion to approve the Corporate Sponsorship Agreement for the
Video Scoreboard at Ravsten with Idaho Central Credit Union. Trustee Hill provided the
second. Trustee Haws abstained from voting due to a potential conflict of interest. Motion
carried 4 ayes, 0 nays.
Trustee Hill made a motion to adjourn. Trustee Radcliffe provided the second. Motion carried 5 ayes, 0
nays. The meeting adjourned at 6:14 PM.
