QUORUM OF BOARD IN ATTENDANCE AT ISBA REGION 6 MEETING
As there will be a quorum of the Board of Trustees in attendance at the Idaho School Board Association’s
Region 6 Meeting Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Board will be present and in attendance at
such event.

Time: 6:00 PM
No Business of the Board is scheduled or will be occurring.
No Meeting of the Board will be held. Accordingly, no minutes will be taken.
