QUORUM OF BOARD IN ATTENDANCE AT COOPERATIVE
STRATEGIES COMMUNITY MEETING
As there will be a quorum of the Board of Trustees in attendance at the Cooperative Strategies Community
Meeting. Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Board will be present and in attendance at such
event.
Dates: October 8, 2019
Location: Skyline High School

Idaho Falls, ID 83402
Time: 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
No Business of the Board is scheduled or will be occurring.
No Meeting of the Board will be held. Accordingly, no minutes will be taken.
This Notice fulfills the Idaho State Code requirements for public meeting notices.
