Vice-Chairman Hill called the meeting to order at 4:04 PM. Trustee Radcliffe made the motion to go into Executive
Session per Idaho Code §67-2345 (1) (b) student. Trustee Haacke provided the second. A roll call vote was taken:

Larry Haws – yes
Paul Haacke – yes
Hillary Radcliffe – yes
EXECUTIVE SESSION
George Boland, Dan Keck, Board of Trustees, Christopher Powell, Chris Reed, Brandi Moreno, Student 2019-2020 C,
Mother, Aunt, and Uncle all met in Executive Session pursuant to Idaho Code, §67-2345 (1) (b) regarding a student
matter.
At 4:38 pm Superintendent Boland, Brandi Moreno, and the Board of Trustees excused Dan Keck, Christopher Powell,
Chris Reed, Student 2019-2020 C, Mother, Aunt, and Uncle and continued in Executive Session regarding a student
matter.
Trustee Radcliffe made a motion to return to Open Session at 5:02 PM. Trustee Haws provided the second. Motion
carried 4 ayes, 0 nays.
ACTION ITEMS
a. Student 2019-2020 C
Trustee Haacke made a motion for the expulsion of Student 2019-2020 C per the conditions recommended
by the District Discipline Review Committee to include up to four hours of educational services, subject to
availability of parent provided transportation. Trustee Radcliffe provided the second. Motion carried 4
ayes, 0 nays.
With no further business, Vice-Chairman Hill called for a motion to adjourn. Trustee Radcliffe made a motion to
adjourn. Trustee Haws provided the second. Motion carried 4 ayes, 0 nays, the meeting adjourned at 5:06 PM.
