QUORUM OF BOARD IN ATTENDANCE
As there may be a quorum of the Board of Trustees in attendance for a tour at the West Ravsten Stadium, Notice is
hereby given that a majority of the Board may be present and in attendance at such event.

No business of the Board is scheduled or will be occurring.
