NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
QUORUM OF BOARD MAY BE IN ATTENDANCE
As there may be a quorum of the Board of Trustees in attendance at the High School Graduations held
at the Motor Vu Drive In located at 2095 N Yellowstone Hwy, Idaho Falls, ID. Notice is hereby given that
a majority of the Board may be present or in attendance at such events.

Monday, May 25, 2020 9:30 pm Emerson High School
Tuesday, May 26, 2020 9:30 pm Compass Academy
Wednesday, May 27, 2020 9:30 pm Skyline High School
Thursday, May 28, 2020 9:30 pm Idaho Falls High School
No Business of the Board is scheduled or will be occurring.
No Meeting of the Board will be held. Accordingly, no minutes will be taken.
This Notice fulfills the Idaho State Code requirements for public meeting notices.
