Services provided by Lee Pesky Learning Center:
A Lee Pesky Learning Center trainer will provide training in best practices in literacy instruction to
paraprofessionals who are delivering intervention instruction. The purpose is to build background knowledge in
reading instruction.
Training-Consultation Dates and Details
October 2 and 9: Two full days of training for paraprofessionals delivered via Zoom. Link will be sent to the
district in advance and a master of handouts. The second day will be a repeat session.
Costs for:
Training $1,800 per day x 2 days $3,600
TOTAL $3,600
Cancellation/Re-scheduling Clause:
Both parties reserve the right to postpone or cancel a date of service due to unforeseen circumstances. The
district and LPLC will work together to determine how to reschedule.
Payment Methods:
Lee Pesky Learning Center will submit an invoice for payment: after completion

The undersigned represent and warrant that they have the legal authority to enter into this Agreement on behalf
of the undersigned organization, and that this Agreement shall be binding on the undersigned’s organization in
accordance with its terms and conditions.
