Hillary Radcliffe, Vice Chair Brandi Moreno, Recording Clerk
Larry Wilson, Treasurer
Paul Haacke, Clerk
Elizabeth Cogliati, Trustee
Chairman Hill called the meeting to order at 8:01 AM.
ADOPT AGENDA
Trustee Radcliffe made a motion to adopt the agenda as presented. Trustee Wilson provided the second.
Motion carried 5 ayes, 0 nays. Chairman Hill then called for a motion to go into Executive Session. Trustee
Wilson made a motion to go into Executive Session pursuant to Idaho Code, Section 74-206 (1) (b) Personnel.
Trustee Cogliati provided the second. A roll call vote was taken:
Elizabeth Cogliati – yes
Paul Haacke – yes
Lara Hill – yes
Hillary Radcliffe – yes
Larry Wilson – yes
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Superintendent Boland and the Board of Trustees met in Executive Session pursuant to Idaho Code §67-2345
(1) (b) for discussion regarding personnel matters concerning Employee 2020-2021 I.
ACTION ITEM
a. Employee 2020-2021 I
Superintendent Boland stated it is the recommendation of the administration that Employee 2020-
2021 I be released from their contract as requested.
Trustee Radcliffe made a motion to approve Employee 2020-2021 I be released from their contract.
Trustee Cogliati provided the second. No further discussion. Motion carried 5 ayes, 0 nays.
Trustee Wilson made a motion to adjourn. Trustee Radcliffe provided the second. Motion carried 5 ayes, 0
nays Meeting adjourned at 8:12 AM.
