NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
QUORUM OF BOARD MAY BE IN ATTENDANCE
As there may be a quorum of the Board of Trustees in attendance at the IEA Community Coalition.
Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Board may be present or in attendance at such events.
Date: December 12, 2020
Location: Virtually via Zoom
Time: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
No Business of the Board is scheduled or will be occurring. No Meeting of the Board will be held.
Accordingly, no minutes will be taken. This Notice fulfills the Idaho State Code requirements for public
meeting notices. A copy of the event agenda has been posted herewith.
