Chairman Hill called the meeting to order at 5:54 pm.
ADOPT AGENDA
Trustee Radcliffe made a motion to adopt the agenda as presented. Trustee Haacke provided the second.
Motion carried 5 ayes, 0 nays. Chairman Hill then called for a motion to go into Executive Session. Trustee
Wilson made a motion to go into Executive Session pursuant to Idaho Code, Section 74-206 (1) (b) Personnel.
Trustee Haacke provided the second. A roll call vote was taken:

Paul Haacke – yes
Lara Hill – yes
Hillary Radcliffe – yes
Larry Wilson – yes
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Superintendent Boland, the Board of Trustees, Employee 2020-2021 P, Marvin M. Smith, Scott W. Marotz, and
Allen Browning met in Executive Session pursuant to Idaho Code §67-2345 (1) (b) Personnel for an employee
hearing regarding Employee 2020-2021 P until 11:26 pm.
