Elizabeth Cogliati, Trustee Marvin M Smith, Hawley Troxell
Chairman Hill called the meeting to order at 6:16 pm. Trustee Radcliffe made a motion to adopt the agenda as presented.
Trustee Haacke provided the second. Motion carried 5 ayes, 0 nays. Chairman Hill then called for a motion to go into
Executive Session. Trustee Wilson made a motion to go into Executive Session pursuant to Idaho Code, Section 74-206 (1)
(b) Personnel. Trustee Haacke provided the second. A roll call vote was taken:
Elizabeth Cogliati – yes
Paul Haacke – yes
Lara Hill – yes
Hillary Radcliffe – yes
Larry Wilson – yes
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Chairman Hill made a motion to append Employee 2020-2021 P’s letter of resignation to the minutes of the Executive
Session. Superintendent Boland, the Board of Trustees, and Marvin M. Smith met in Executive Session pursuant to Idaho
Code §67-2345 (1) (b) Personnel for discussion regarding Employee 2020-2021 P.
Chairman Hill requested a motion to go into open session to amend the agenda. Trustee Haacke made a motion to go
into open session to amend the agenda due to receiving this evening, Employee 2020-2021 P’s letter of resignation.
Trustee Radcliffe provided the second. No further discussion. Motion carried 5 ayes, 0 nays. Trustee Haacke made a
motion to amend the agenda to acknowledge the resignation letter received from Employee 2020-2021 P and take action.
Trustee Radcliffe provided the second. No further discussion. Motion carried 5 ayes, 0 nays.
ACTION ITEM
Employee 2020-2021 P
Trustee Radcliffe made a motion to release Employee 2020-2021 P from their contract per their letter of
resignation. Trustee Haacke provided the second. No further discussion. Motion carried 5 ayes, 0 nays.
Trustee Cogliati made a motion to append Employee 2020-2021 P’s letter of resignation the trustees received
this evening, to the board minutes. Trustee Radcliffe provided the second. Motion carried 5 ayes, 0 nays.
Trustee Haacke made a motion to adjourn. Trustee Wilson provided the second. Motion carried 5 ayes, 0 nays Meeting
adjourned at 7:06 pm.
