Elizabeth Cogliati, Trustee- arrived at 9:01 AM Krissy LaMont, Leadership Development Director ISBA
Chairman Hill called the meeting to order at 9:00 AM and asked for a motion to adopt the agenda. Trustee
Radcliffe made a motion to adopt the agenda. Trustee Haacke provided the second. Motion carried 4 ayes, 0
nays, Trustee Cogliati arrived after the vote. At 9:01 AM Chairman Hill called for a motion to go into Executive
Session. Trustee Wilson made a motion to go into Executive Session pursuant to Idaho Code, Section 74-206
(1)(a). Trustee Haacke provided the second. A roll call vote was taken

Hillary Radcliffe – yes
Larry Wilson – yes
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Karen Echeverria, Executive Director ISBA, Krissy LaMont, Leadership Development Director ISBA and the
Board of Trustees met in Executive Session to review survey results and comments from the meet-n-greet and
discuss the Superintendent Candidates qualifications. A health break was taken at 10:58 AM with Executive
Session resuming at 11:03 AM
ACTION ITEM
a. Selection of Superintendent
At 11:36 AM Chairman Hill welcomed everyone and called for a motion for the Selection of
Superintendent. Trustee Radcliffe made a motion to hire Eric Pingrey for the Superintendent position
for Idaho Falls School District 91. Trustee Cogliati provided the second. Motion carried 3 ayes from
Chairman Hill, Trustee Radcliffe, and Trustee Cogliati and 2 nays from Trustee Haacke and Trustee
Wilson.
Trustee Wilson stated even though he chose to vote the way he did, he recognizes the vote of the
majority of the board, and he certainly will do everything he can to support Eric Pingrey. Trustee
Haacke agreed and stated the board has been in almost 2 hours and 40 minutes of discussion over the
two candidates, he congratulated Mr. Pingrey and stated he looks forward to working with him to
excel the education process for our students in Idaho Falls School District 91.

b. Select District Designee to discuss position terms of Superintendent
Chairman Hill called for a motion to select a designee to discuss the position terms of the
Superintendent. Trustee Radcliffe made a motion to select Chairman Lara Hill as the District Designee
to discuss position terms of Superintendent. Trustee Wilson provided the second. Motion carried 5
ayes, 0 nays.
Trustee Wilson made a motion to adjourn. Trustee Cogliati provided the second. Motion carried 5 ayes, 0 nays.
Meeting adjourned at 11:40 AM.
