Karen Echeverria, Executive Director ISBA
Krissy LaMont, Leadership Development Director ISBA
Chairman Hill called the meeting to order at 8:15 AM and asked for a motion to adopt the agenda. Trustee
Radcliffe made a motion to adopt the agenda. Trustee Wilson provided the second. Motion carried 4 ayes, 0
nays, Trustee Haacke arrived after the vote. At 8:16 AM Chairman Hill called for a motion to go into Executive
Session. Trustee Wilson made a motion to go into Executive Session pursuant to Idaho Code, Section 74-206
(1)(a). Trustee Radcliffe provided the second. A roll call vote was taken

Paul Haacke – arrived after the vote

EXECUTIVE SESSION
Karen Echeverria, Executive Director ISBA, Krissy LaMont, Leadership Development Director ISBA, George
Boland, Superintendent and the Board of Trustees met in Executive Session to discuss superintendent
candidates qualifications

At 8:30 AM Chairman Hill welcomed everyone back and called for a motion for Possible Next Steps Forward

Trustee Haacke made a motion to authorize Karen Echeverria of ISBA to contact Dr. Jim Shank to
arrange a follow-up interview. Trustee Wilson provided the second. No further discussion. Motion
carried 5 ayes, 0 nays.
Trustee Cogliati made a motion to adjourn. Trustee Wilson provided the second. Motion carried 5 ayes, 0 nays.
Meeting adjourned at 8:32 AM.
