Chairman Lara Hill, called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m. Trustee Radcliffe made a motion to adopt the
agenda. Trustee Wilson provided the second. Motion carried 5 ayes, 0 nays.
WORK SESSION
a. Board Goals
Chairman Hill requested trustees discuss key time frames and key points for setting board goals.
Discussion included superintendent evaluation process and format, High Reliability Schools (HRS),
board training, communication and community engagement, and facilities. It was discussed to
continue working through board goals during the next Board Work Session on May 25, 2021.
ACTION ITEMS
a. Approve Purchase over $50,000
i. 2011 International 7400 sander/plow truck
Trustee Wilson made a motion to approve the purchase of a 2011 International 7400 sander/plow
truck. Trustee Cogliati provided the second. Motion carried 5 ayes, 0 nays.
Trustee Haacke made a motion to adjourn. Trustee Wilson provided the second. Motion carried 5 ayes, 0
nays. The meeting adjourned at 5:06 PM.
