NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
QUORUM OF BOARD MAY BE IN ATTENDANCE
As there will be a quorum of the Board of Trustees/Directors in attendance at the Idaho School Board
Association 2021 Annual Convention. Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Board will be
present or in attendance at such events.
Date: November 16-19
Location: Boise Centre, Boise, Idaho
Time: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
No Business of the Board is scheduled or will be occurring. No Meeting of the Board will be held.
Accordingly, no minutes will be taken. This Notice fulfills the Idaho State Code requirements for public
meeting notices. A copy of the event agenda has been posted herewith.
