Leadership Stipend $1,700
TITLE: QUALIFICATIONS:
Valid Idaho Teaching Certificate endorsed for appropriate levels and subjects.
Ability to work with students, staff, parents, and the public.
Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.
REPORTS TO: Building Principal
JOB GOALS: Algebra I Specialists
To support the delivery of School District 91’s written, taught, tested and reported curriculum and contribute to maximizing student achievement.
To help students learn subject matter and/or skills that will contribute to their development as mature, able, and responsible individuals.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Implement approved district algebra curriculum
Attend summer professional development
Participate in job-embedded professional development
Analyze student assessment data with multiple measures to target instruction
Collaborate with other algebra specialists to share best practices
Submit report to administrator
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
The exact terms of this position will be determined by the needs of the district and budgetary constraints. Benefits will be in accordance with approved board policy. Salary will
be in accordance with the placement on the Teacher’s Salary Schedule commensurate with years of experience and education.
