Leadership Stipend
TITLE: Building Based Content Coaches Elementary and Secondary
QUALIFICATIONS:
Valid Idaho Teaching Certificate endorsed for appropriate levels and subjects.
Ability to work with students, staff, parents, and the public.
Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.
REPORTS TO: Building Principal
JOB GOALS:
To support the delivery of School District 91’s written, taught, tested and reported curriculum and contribute to maximizing student achievement.
To help students learn subject matter and/or skills that will contribute to their development as mature, able, and responsible individuals.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Works with teachers to implement specific curriculum, teaching strategies in a specific content
Assists in the implementation of research-based programs and policies, district curriculum, on-going formative assessment, and RTI models
Provide instructional support and coaching for teachers in building
Conduct pre- and post- instruction meetings with teachers
Model research-based instructional strategies for teachers
Attend all district trainings in content areas
Assist teachers in analyzing assessment data
Create and submit report for administration
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
The exact terms of this position will be determined by the needs of the district and budgetary constraints. Benefits will be in accordance with approved board policy. Salary will
be in accordance with the placement on the Teacher’s Salary Schedule commensurate with years of experience and education.
