Ability to work with students, staff, parents, and the public. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable. REPORTS TO: Building Principal JOB GOALS: Professional Development Leads Elementary and Secondary To support the delivery of School District 91’s written, taught, tested and reported Curriculum and contribute to maximizing student achievement. To help students learn subject matter and/or skills that will contribute to their development as mature, able, and responsible individuals. PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES: Develops professional development and assists buildings in providing targeted professional Participate in district PD360 training development in each building Determine building P.D. needs based on survey results and principal direction Plan and coordinate building level professional development opportunities for teachers Communicate with district P.D. coordinator TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: The exact terms of this position will be determined by the needs of the district and budgetary constraints. Benefits will be in accordance with approved board policy. Salary will be in accordance with the placement on the Teacher’s Salary Schedule commensurate with years of experience and education.
