HomeMy WebLinkAboutISAT proctorFebruary 2017 TITLE: ISAT Assessment Proctor QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma. Demonstrated aptitude for the work to be performed. Ability to follow standardized test directions and operate computerized scoring of the tests. Strong organizational skills. Ability to work with staff, students, and administration. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable. REPORTS TO: Building Administrator. JOB GOALS: To support the delivery of School District 91’s written, taught, tested and reported curriculum and contribute to maximizing student achievement. To administer the Idaho Standards Achievement Test (ISAT) in a group setting. To monitor completion rates and any testing improprieties ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Administers the ISAT assessment in grades 3-10. Follows standardized test directions. Schedules and/or adheres to the building testing schedule. Notifies facilitators of testing progress in a timely manner. Strives to improve and maintain job skills through training as directed. Maintains high standards of ethical behavior and confidentiality. Has regular and predictable attendance. OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs all other duties as assigned. TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: This position is scheduled on an as-needed basis with a wage of $15.00 per hour. This is an “at will” position in that the employer or employee may terminate employment at any time or for any reason consistent with applicable state or federal law. The “employment at will” policy cannot be changed verbally or in writing, unless the change is specifically authorized in writing and expressly approved by the Board of Trustees of District 91. EVALUATION: Performance of this position will be evaluated annually by the Building Administrator in accordance with the Board’s policy on the evaluation of classified personnel.
